Really love JABS attention to projects purely based on passion and areas of punk. This is a 10-inch of UK Riot-Grrrl punk group HUGGY BEAR, selections from John Peel Sessions from 92 and 93, preceding their 1994 album Weaponry Listens To Love. Like any Peel Session, it really captures the rugged and chaotic live energy side of the band. 8 tracks in total - 2 never before released. The version of 'Her Jazz' here, in my opinion, smokes the single version. Seriously fat and lively sound quality and mastering on this release. The rage really is at the forefront here, along with some nice pop hooks. This band has aged real well.
